2. Data Residency: 100% Canadian

All user data, including personal information and booking records, is stored on servers located within Canada.

We utilize Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS Canadian regions (ca-central-1) to ensure that your data remains subject to Canadian privacy jurisdiction and protections at all times.

3. Information We Collect

To facilitate professional appointment booking, we collect:

  • Identity Data: Name, professional title (for Providers), and contact information.
  • Booking Data: Dates, times, and types of services requested.
  • Payment Meta-Data: We do not store credit card numbers. Payment data is securely handled by Stripe. We only store transaction tokens and status.

4. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We partner with industry-leading providers to ensure a secure experience:

  • Supabase: Provides our database and authentication layer, with data encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Stripe: Manages all financial transactions directly between Clients and Providers.

5. Use of Data

We use your information strictly to: (1) Facilitate the scheduling of appointments; (2) Send booking confirmations; (3) Provide technical support to Providers; (4) Comply with Canadian tax reporting requirements.
